The Gran Riserva coffee is a balanced blend of Arabica and Robusta, a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. Visually it presents an excellent hazel coloured cream. The medium roast provides the taste of toasted cereals and sweet caramel, giving it a round and elegant profile.

Blend: 70% Moro – 30% Arabica. Artisan roasted coffee. Packaging 50 capsules.
The best of single-origin selections can be found in this coffee blend: it gives life to the real Italian espresso. Dark. Rich. The robust cream of this blend has a very delicate taste and resists sugar. On the bottom you can taste chocolate and woody tastes. Like all arabica santos, despite its initial powerful taste, its aftertaste remains delicate and does not irritate the stomach. Perfect after lunch as at any other time of the day.

Decaffeinated:

Blend: 80% Arabica 20% Robusta. Artisan roasted coffee. Packaging 50 capsules.

A predominantly Arabica blend that gives coffee aromatic and persistent characteristics, as if it were a real espresso.
Water decaffeinated without chemicals.
Caffeine not exceeding 0,10% (D.M. 20/05/1976).
A decaf coffee must have less than 0.1% caffeine.

The coffee beans are first moistened with water vapor and then put in contact with carbon dioxide (CO2). he temperature and pressure are increased until the carbon dioxide takes on intermediate characteristics between a gas and a liquid (technically, it is said that it goes into a supercritical state). CO2 at high pressure acts as a solvent for caffeine and extracts it from the beans. The method is harmless to health and it is also cost effective.
