Information on the Coffeeshare guarantee

The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase of the machine.
To use the repair service a copy of the receipt or purchase invoice will be requested.
During the warranty period, Coffeeshare will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product without charging you any costs for the operation. Replacement products or repaired parts will only be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or a maximum of six months.
The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, calcium deposits, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, use with inappropriate voltage (boats or campers or countries with different networks), modification unauthorized product, fire, lightning, flood, or other external causes.
The warranty is valid in the country of purchase or in other countries where Coffeeshare sells the same model of machine with similar technical characteristics.

The coffee machine has stopped working, how can I fix it?

In case of difficulty with your coffee machine, please contact us and a technician will be at your disposal to help you and provide you with the necessary information or to respond to your requests.

Information on Coffeeshare products

What is the shelf life of the products?

Our capsules are packaged under nitrogen and to allow optimal preservation of the coffee aromas. The maximum storage term is indicated on each package.

Coffeeshare guarantees the freshness of coffee in capsules for up to 24 months from the date of production. The maximum shelf life indicates the recommended date by which to taste an exceptional coffee.

More generally, you will find the expiry date on each package.
