Nutella Tiramisu

For the series #tiramisù here is a match that you can hardly turn down! Let’s discover together how to make this Nutella tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:

– 200g ladyfingers

– 250g mascarpone

– 100g sugar

– 200g Nutella

– 200ml fresh cream

coffee Soave Coffeeshare

– 20ml milk

– 30g hazelnut grain

PREPARATION:

Work the mascarpone in a bowl with the sugar until you get a cream. Incorporate the whipped cream and mix everything until you obtain a smooth cream texture. Prepare the coffee, put it in a bowl and add a tablespoon of sugar and a couple of tablespoons of milk. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in an ovenproof dish. Cover the sponge fingers soaked with a layer of mascarpone cream and level them as much as possible. Now add a layer of Nutella.
Then cover with another layer of sponge ladyfingers soaked in coffee and a layer of mascarpone cream. Finally, cover the tiramisu with the remaining nutella and level off as much as possible. Then cover with some hazelnut grains. Place the nutella tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
